HELUKABEL Recognised as a Best Educator in 2024
Once again, HELUKABEL has been awarded a “Germany’s Best Educators” award for our ongoing support to future generations in the workplace.
Capital Magazine and Ausbildung.de have banded together to qualify some of Germany's best educators. Why are we telling you? Well, HELUKABEL is a German company. Even though we firmly have a place in the heart of the UK, we still support our roots. Since the mid-70s HELUKABEL has been a company founded on family values. Because of this, we still offer generous workplace learning to this day.
So, we've been awarded one of "Germany's best educators" in 2024. We aimed for the highest score which helps highlight us as an attractive educational workplace. So, as more young learners come to us, we help even more.
This time, roughly 500 companies were evaluated, ranging from workshops to DAX enterprises. Each of us provided answers to a detailed questionnaire with qualitative questions. For example, how well trainees integrate, how we teach, and what student prospects are. Of course, we received the best possible score; 5 Stars for vocational training and dual studies.
"For us, our training concept is an investment in the future. After all, qualified professionals have always been hard to find and therefore in demand". This comes from Training Advisor Melanie Neef, who we asked about the award experience. "This is all the more reason for us to celebrate this distinction and recognition as one of Germany's best educators."
When a new student arrives at HELUKABEL, they're introduced to their team from day one. This means they can familiarise themselves with the tasks and environment as soon as possible. Overall, we believe this creates an effective foundation for students to build a successful career.
Equally as important, most students repay the trust placed in them through dedication and hard work. "Three of our trainees gained recognition for exceptional marks this year by Stuttgart's regional Chamber of Industry and Commerce," said Melanie Neef. "We are extremely proud of this because it shows just how dedicated our youth are to their training".
The above-average retention rate at HELUKABEL is proof that our youth development concept works. "Many former trainees and students are now active in critical roles at HELUKABEL and contribute to the company's success on a daily basis," says Neef. "We want to continue on this path, together".
